For students with two or more years of Spanish or an intermediate level of Spanish language proficiency. Reflection:This course helped me practice more on my writing skills in Spanish. Before deciding on Spanish as my major, I always thought I knew how to write Spanish, but I was wrong. Although Spanish is my first language I never had to write an essay in Spanish. After taking this course we wrote different types of essays. One was a persuasive, informative and narrative types. Furthermore, we did a project on a topic that we wanted to learn more and my partner and I decided to do it on the Massacre of Tlatelolco and the Chicano Movement. The essays helped me learn and strengthen my writing skills in Spanish. This will help me with my Capstone project and future works. I enjoyed learning the basic writing skills and learning about many different topics that all my classmates presented as our final project. I have attached my final project for this course, in which I received an A.
