MLO1 Description: Students are able to communicate effectively in Spanish in three modes: interpersonal, interpretive, and presentational, and in a culturally appropriate manner in a variety of social and professional settings and circumstances at the Advanced Low level of language proficiency, according to ACTFL Guidelines
Courses completed: SPAN 301 AND WLC 400
Reflection: I am not a fan of presenting but after all the courses I took that I needed to present it has been easier for me to do it. In SPAN 301 we had a final presentation with a partner. Also, in this course it demonstrates and I worked on my writing skills as well. Before this course I mostly wrote in English, and that is what I learned through my education. But this course helped me and taught me how to write persuasive, informative and other essays in Spanish. I am no capable of writing and expressing myself throughly in Spanish. In the WLC 400 course, I worked on my speaking abilities. I did a presentation on my own study alongside my partner, and I absolutely loved presenting our findings.
